Suitable for warming up cold pigments, covering old and low-quality tattoos. It is recomended to use 1 drop per 5 drops of brow or eyeliner pigment tp avoid any blue tones from cool skin / over saturation.
With it, you can not be afraid of excessively cold healing of dark shades of eyebrows.
Can also be used in neutralization work.
